Yoga Classes

You aren’t just welcome here, you belong.

Whether you’re looking to gain strength or flexibility, we have yoga classes for all abilities. We have hot fiery flows and hot 26 & 2, to Pilates and Gentle Hatha in our two yoga studios.  Our team of certified yoga instructors will help you reconnect your mind, body, and soul.

Class Descriptions

The original 90-minute Bikram sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. The heated rooms warms up your entire body and allows you to work safer and deeper into your muscles, tendons and ligaments to improve strength, balance and flexibility. Temperature is 100-104 Fahrenheit.

Bring a mat, towel and water to class. Mats will not be made available for this class.

A suitable class for all levels.

This 1 hour Ashtanga class is a shortened version of the Ashtanga Primary Series. Ashtanga is a very dynamic and athletic form of hatha yoga, made up of a fixed order of postures. It is rooted in vinyasa (the flowing movements between postures), and includes a standing sequence, seated postures, inversions and savasana with a focus on energy, breath and alignment. While it is a very physical practice, it also promotes mental clarity and inner peace.

This style of yoga can be practiced by any level as one will gain strength and confidence with continued practice.  

This low impact class will help re-wire your muscle structure to improve posture and form while increasing mobility.  Through muscle endurance, resistance, and isometric strength, we’ll fire up sleeping muscles and tone trouble spots.   Barre Fitness incorporates a variety of movements derived from ballet and dance conditioning.

This class focuses on the basics of alignment and the evolution of strength and balance. It is performed at a slower pace with emphasis on breath, relaxation, balance, and stretching.

Suitable for all levels.

Gentle Flow or slow flow,  combines a series of postures with a gentler, lighter paced flow.

Students will be able to move with a sense of ease from one posture to another, coordinated with the breath. This softer pace will allow you to be more present with each posture. 

This class will help to relax the body and mind. Aside from the physical practice of yoga asanas , the class will explore meditation to help relax the body and mind before evening rest.

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. This class concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength that will result in a strong and lean body and mind. 

Suitable for all levels.

This style of Yoga is suitable for those who are seeking an intense session that raises their heart rate. It is an active practice that emphasizes strength, endurance, flexibility and concentration. In this class, more advanced postures will offered and inversion options may be given. Sweat guaranteed!

Suitable for intermediate and advanced levels.

This Yin Yoga class is a meditative-healing, slower-paced, discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. Come and relax with us.

Suitable for all levels.

This class incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures), by which a sense of fluid physical motion with be experienced. Movement through these postures is matched with the breath, creating an even greater sense of flow, strength, ease and tension release.
