Whether you’re looking to gain strength or flexibility, we have yoga classes for all abilities. Our two yoga studios, one of which is a “hot” studio, and our team of certified yoga instructors will help you reconnect your mind, body, and soul.

Class Descriptions
Build physical and inner strength and balance as you are guided through postures in a mindful yet dynamic and active way. Challenging sequences are included along with inversions, arm balances and breathwork. You will find your power and calm through the combination of focused movement, breath and stillness.
Intermediate & Advanced levels.
This style of Yoga is suitable for those who are seeking an intense session that will raise their heart rate. It is an active practice that emphasizes strength, endurance, flexibility and concentration. In this class, more advanced postures will be offered and inversion options may be given. Sweat guaranteed!
Intermediate & Advanced Levels.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is an all levels class, this style of yoga is characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.
Relax, breathe and get your dose of happy with this class.
This class is an opportunity to practice the art of slowing down and releasing. Yin Yoga allows the participants to deepen their poses by holding them for 3-5 minutes, learning to relax our muscles and stretch our ligaments, tendons, and fascia. The incorporation of Reiki (an ancient Japanese method of relaxation and healing) brings an additional support for relaxation in the body, facilitating settling into poses and opening our energy pathways, allowing us to soften into our body.

Come rest, replenish and recharge. Explore gentle, grounding movement, relaxing breathing and a chance to tune in to yourself. Students are offered a nourishing atmosphere that will help unwind stress from the daily grind. An opportunity to slow down and relieve tension in your mind and body.
