In the event of rain or severe weather, RSC will notify players of any cancellations by phone and/or email. Credits will be issued for cancelled sessions due to weather conditions.
If weather interrupts play, players must leave the court, and a credit will be provided if less than half of the session has been completed.
Courts can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your booking at no charge, and a credit will be issued. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking will be subject to a $30 + HST fee. No-shows will be charged the full court fee.

Players may enter the Tennis Dome once the buzzer sounds, which occurs 3 minutes before their scheduled court time. Please wait until then to enter the courts out of respect for players finishing their session.

RSC Lot A (Donald Street, closest to the river): 12 spots
RSC Lot B (closest to North River Road): 26 spots
City of Ottawa angled parking along Donald Street (3-hour limit): 42 spots + 3 accessible
Strathcona Park Lot (short walk across the Adawe Bridge): 34 spots + 1 accessible
City Lot at 400 North River Road: 78 spots + 4 accessible
Additional free street parking is available on North River Road and nearby side streets.
RSC also has bike racks that can accommodate up to 75-80 bikes.
