Tennis Passholder Benefits

TENNIS PASSHOLDERS

  • Court bookings: 7 days in advance year-round.

  • Program Registration: 7 days in advance year-round, including summer camp. Only the named Passholder can reserve a program space (with the exception of Summer Camp, where an Adult Passholder can register their children).

  • Tennis Programs: 15% discount for named Passholder. (Discount excludes Summer Camps and High Performance.)

  • Tennis Socials: 15% discount

  • Tennis Ladders: 15% discount

  • Pool Pass: FREE Unlimited (July and August)

  • Yoga & Fitness classes: 15% discount on Drop-In and Class Packs (excludes Monthly Pass) – or FREE unlimited with the 2024 Tennis Pass PLUS!

Tennis Passholder Guidelines

TENNIS PASSHOLDERS

  • 7 day advance booking will open at 7:00am

  • 1 advance booking per day

  • 6 bookings per week

  • Unlimited same day access

  • Singles will be limited to a 90-minute maximum booking

  • Doubles will be limited to a 2-hour maximum booking

  • Credit card must be on file

  • Court fees must be fully paid before playing

  • Minimum of 2 names for singles bookings and a minimum of 3 names for doubles bookings

  • If a booking is made with Non-Passholder (Drop-In) before their 3-day booking window, that player’s name will need to be added to the court booking prior to play.

  • Consecutive bookings are not allowed (example: 2:00pm-3:00pm and 3:00pm – 4:00pm)

  • Court cancellation policy: client will be charged the Drop-In fee for court if cancelled within 24 hours

TENNIS DROP-INS

  • 3 day advanced booking

  • 1 advanced booking per day

  • Unlimited same day access

The 2024 Tennis Pass and 2024Tennis Pass PLUS are FINAL SALE. No refunds or credits will be issued at any time for any reason. Passes are non-transferrable. RSC reserves the right to revoke a person’s “Tennis Pass” for not abiding by the “RSC Code of Conduct”.

Yes, you can upgrade to the Tennis Pass PLUS with access to everything we offer at RSC (excluding Padel), including UNLIMITED: Yoga & Fitness Classes, Gym Access and court rentals of Beach Volleyball & Ball Hockey . It’s the Everything Pass, like the “Everything Bagel”.

The RSC Tennis Pass replaces the RSC Summer Pass.  We will no longer be offering the RSC Summer Pass. RSC has made a significant investment into converting the Sports Dome to 4 new hard tennis courts in September 2023.  We now have 8 permanent indoor courts and 7 outdoor courts – making RSC the largest indoor tennis facility in Ottawa, and the 3rd largest in Ontario! By doing so, we want to make RSC your year-round tennis home!

Your 2023 Summer Tennis Pass will remain active until December 31, 2023.

RSC is committed to offering equal playing opportunities for everyone, therefore Block Bookings will not be available.  As a 2024 Tennis Passholder, you will be able to book courts 7 days in advance year-round.

The Tennis Pass is available for all ages.  We have options for Adults, Juniors, Couples and Families.

Absolutely! Everyone can play and all are welcome at RSC.  If a booking is made with Non-Passholder (Drop-In) before their 3-day booking window, that player’s name will need to be added to the court booking prior to play.

We are limiting the number of Tennis Passes available to ensure the best possible experience for our Tennis Passholders.  Once the number is hit, we will no longer be offering Tennis Passes for the calendar year. Be sure to purchase your Tennis Pass as soon as possible!

Absolutely!  We have many players new to Tennis at RSC, who enjoy playing together and meeting new people.  RSC is focused on building a tennis community (of all skill levels) to encourage meeting new players/friends through round robins, socials and programs.

We are increasing our indoor court rental availability by over 250%.  Court rental availability is defined by courts available for rent outside of programs and lessons which mostly take place mid day and in the evening Monday – Thursday.

No. The RSC Tennis Pass is non-refundable once purchased.

No. The RSC Tennis Pass cannot be paused or credited for any reason.

RSC is committed to being inclusive and does not require a membership.  Players do not need to buy a Tennis Pass to play.  Anyone is welcome as a Drop-In to book a court by the hour, sign-up for a program, or take a lesson.
