Fitness Class Descriptions

This low impact class will help re-wire your muscle structure to improve posture and form while increasing mobility. Through muscle endurance, resistance, and isometric strength, we’ll fire up sleeping muscles and tone trouble spots.  Barre Fitness incorporates a variety of movements derived from ballet and dance conditioning.

When you need the next level of training, this circuit workout commands power, strength and agility. Boot camps combine strength and cardio exercises for a full-body burn. This will get your heart pumping, make you sweat, and challenge all of your muscles!

HIIT is a full-body circuit workout that changes each time. This class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Participants are challenged to push their limits, have fun, and leave feeling strong.

Suitable for Intermediate & Advanced Levels. 

The ultimate workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast! Fun motivating music will challenge every major muscle with the help of weights and resistance bands in this circuit class.

Get stronger and more confident in your everyday activities. This mindful class keeps your body moving by incorporating light weights, resistance bands, bodyweight and breathing exercises. This class will help you to stay healthy and independent through exercises while improving your cardiovascular activity, flexibility, range of motion, balance, coordination, muscle strength, and endurance.
