Tara also enjoys working with women over the age of 40. She believes that it is important to train smarter, not “harder”, to build and maintain confidence and strength, keep our bodies healthy, and to achieve youthful aging. For Tara it is not just about teaching or coaching, but about motivating and being a part of each other’s journeys.
