His focus is fitness for the real world – from helping individuals move more freely in their everyday lives, to preparing amateur hikers for big treks as well as those that are looking to get into the police, army, and firefighting forces. He also enjoys helping elite athletes fine tune their skills to further excel in their athletic endeavors. Bernardo’s methodology is unique and built upon years of experience, education, and experiences with different fitness models, sports, and philosophies.
Certifications: MovNat trainer lvl 2, YMCA Personal Trainer, Pre- and Post-natal fitness specialist, Adaptive Fitness Specialist (Disabilities) and has years of experience in different Martial Arts (Kung-fu, TKD, Karate, Aikido, Capoeira).

He is an outdoor enthusiast and has worked as a rescue scuba diver, an outdoor adventure guide, and Vertical Reality Rock Climbing gym.
