Tara McDougall

Fitness Philosophy: Tara believes that fitness is the fabric of one’s life – in and of itself or to aid in the pursuit of life goals. She has spent the better part of 29 years coaching young athletes and one of her focuses is helping young athletes improve their performance – whether that is correcting muscle imbalances, developing power and strength, or working on coordination and fine motor skills. Tara also enjoys working with women over the age of 40. She believes that it is important to train smarter, not “harder”, to build and maintain confidence and strength, keep our bodies healthy, and to achieve youthful aging. For Tara it is not just about teaching or coaching, but about motivating and being a part of each other’s journeys.
