Adult Tennis

We offer a variety of Adult Tennis Programs that run weekly throughout the year. Whether you are new to tennis, focusing on a specific area of your game or just want to meet new people, we have a program for you!

Tennis Programs

Our Adult Tennis Pathway has four pillars; Play, Learn, Practice, and Specialty. All programs Intermediate or higher require participants to complete a Tennis Assessment.

Learn Programs

Improve tactical and technical skills through systematic instruction. Coaches will provide feedback and allow players to learn through a variety of drills and play opportunities.

Designed for beginner tennis players who want to be introduced to the game and develop foundational skills. The program will use “Progressive Tennis” methodology which makes games easier to play, more fun, and will set you up for early success.

Designed for players who have little experience but a basic understanding of the game. This course will allow players to improve their strokes and introduce strategy for both singles and doubles play.

Designed for players who are experienced and play regularly. Players should be able to play a match and possess the ability to serve, rally, volley, and keep score. This course will allow players to improve their consistency, stroke technique, and strategy in a variety of different scenarios.

Designed for players who are experienced and play at a reasonably high level. Players should be very consistent and possess the ability to serve with spin, attack short balls, volley accurately, and understand positioning. This program will allow players to learn more advanced technique and strategy with the goal of playing smart, aggressive tennis at the forefront.

Designed for players who have been playing for years and have a high skillset and a deep understanding of the game. Players should be extremely consistent, accurate, and possess the ability to create spin. This program will allow players to enhance their skills in all areas of the game. Players will receive lots of feedback that will allow them to play smarter tennis and win more matches.

Play Programs

Play and compete in a coach organized low-key environment.

Player Assessments

To register for a program or round robin at the intermediate level or higher you will need to have a playing level saved on your account. Assessments run weekly or you can have a coach who has worked with you provide your assessment. You will notice that some programs are mixed levels, and some are just one level.

Player Assessments: Assessments are required for all Adult Intermediate and Advanced Tennis Programs.

Assessments are 30 minutes and are offered at the following times:

  • Friday 7:30pm to 8pm
  • Monday 4:00pm to 4:30pm

Assessments are $10 per a person plus HST.
