Stay fit, improve your technique, and challenge yourself this summer with our Masters Swim Program. Designed for swimmers who are already comfortable in the water, these coach-led workouts follow a true masters-style training format, combining endurance, speed, stroke development, and structured interval training.
Whether you’re looking to maintain fitness, train with a group, or take your swimming to the next level, this program provides a motivating and supportive environment for adult swimmers of all abilities.
With nearly 15 years of coaching experience, Poya has worked with swimmers of all ages and abilities, from beginners to provincial-level competitors and medalists.
A certified NCCP Level 2 coach, he combines extensive coaching expertise with 16 years of competitive swimming experience, including competing for Carleton University. Poya also operates his own swim school and holds National Lifeguard, CPR & First Aid, and other aquatic safety certifications.

Yes, certified lifeguards are always on duty to ensure the safety of all pool users.
Yes, we offer swimming lessons as part of our Aquatics Camp for kids 6-13.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted, but our on-site restaurant offers a variety of food and refreshments.
Yes, we have dedicated times for family swims, lap swimming, and camp swims. Please refer to our schedule for details.
We allow approved floatation devices and small pool toys during recreational swim times. Lifeguards may restrict items for safety reasons.
Bring your own towel! RSC does not have a towel service.

RSC Lot B (closest to North River Road): 26 spots
City of Ottawa angled parking along Donald Street (3-hour limit): 42 spots + 3 accessible
Strathcona Park Lot (short walk across the Adawe Bridge): 34 spots + 1 accessible
City Lot at 400 North River Road: 78 spots + 4 accessible
Additional free street parking is available on North River Road and nearby side streets.
RSC also has bike racks that can accommodate up to 75-80 bikes.
