Four RSC Athletes Qualify for Tennis Nationals in Laval

A monumental achievement for our tennis program

We are thrilled to share some incredible news — four of our very own RSC athletes have officially qualified to compete at The Fischer Canadian Junior Nationals this August in Laval, Quebec. This is one of the most prestigious events in junior tennis, bringing together the top players from across the country, and we could not be more proud.

Representing RSC at Nationals:
  • Elise Chen – U14 Girls
  • Eli Marks – U14 Boys
  • Julien Gagnon – U14 Boys
  • Emilie Joly (age 10) – U12 Girls

The championships will take place August 20–25, 2025, and will showcase Canada’s top junior talent competing for national titles.

A Testament to Hard Work and Dedication

Qualifying for Nationals is no easy feat. It requires years of consistent training, mental toughness, and tournament performance at the highest levels of provincial competition. For these four athletes, it’s the result of countless hours on the court, unwavering commitment, and the guidance of our exceptional RSC coaching team.

Inspiring the Next Generation

For the younger players in our programs, this achievement demonstrates what is possible through dedication and a love for the game. With over 1,700 athletes currently training in the RSC Tennis Academy, our players are not only competing against the best in Canada, they are inspiring the next generation in our community to dream big and set ambitious goals.

We invite our entire RSC family to join us in wishing Elise, Eli, Julien, and Emilie the very best as they represent our club on the national stage. No matter the outcome, we are already so proud of what they have accomplished.
