Enjoy the benefits of a group fitness class with individual attention. These Specialty Series Programs are offered 6-times a year, run between 7-9 weeks, and are limited to 3-5 people.

While it’s not possible to completely prevent a fall , exercises that focus on balance and strength training can reduce the risk of falling. Join us for gentle exercises that involves slow and graceful dance-like movements…improving strength, balance, coordination and flexibility.
