Enjoy the benefits of a group fitness class with individual attention. These Specialty Series Programs are offered 6-times a year, run between 7-9 weeks, and are limited to 3-5 people.

Program Descriptions

Total Body Resistance exercise. The TRX suspension trainer is a unique, scientifically- engineered performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to perform hundreds of highly effective exercises. TRX delivers a fast, effective, total body workout that will help build a rock-solid core, while increasing strength, flexibility and endurance.

Suitable for All Levels.

Weight training has been proven to be the only type of training that can slow down the decline of both muscle mass and bone density.  With benefits that include preventing muscle loss, increasing metabolism, giving a better hormonal balance to lessen symptoms of peri-menopause and menopause, boost your libido, reduce fat and improve bone health… what are you waiting for?!?

Suitable for All Levels.

Functional movement training is all about training “movements, not muscles.” It mirrors how humans were meant to move, and helps to make us move even better.  Improve your overall performance on and off the mat, field, court or course and to move your body into deeper ranges of motion with renewed core strength, balance, coordination and resiliency.

Plyometric exercises are powerful aerobic exercises used to increase your speed, endurance, and strength. They require you to exert your muscles to their maximum potential in short periods of time. Also known as jump training, plyometric exercises are usually geared toward highly trained athletes or people in peak physical condition. However, they can also be used by people wishing to improve their overall fitness.

Suitable for Intermediate & Advanced Levels.

While it’s not possible to completely prevent a fall , exercises that focus on balance and strength training can reduce the risk of falling.  Join us for gentle exercises that involves slow and graceful dance-like movements…improving strength, balance, coordination and flexibility.

Suitable for All Levels.
