Although it may still be cold outside, spring is just around the corner! Mark March 3rd in your calendars because that’s when Spring Program registration opens! Also, Small Group Training is now available and live music is back at The Bridge Public House.

Spring programs begin on April 11 and there are a few new offerings including:



Come enjoy a high intensity volume training program designed to give you as many touches on the ball as possible. Join our talented RSC pros and powerful state of the art “Playmate” Ball Machine for an hour of intense feeding drills! Each week players will participate in drills and competitions working on all of their strokes including but not limited to: ground strokes, volleys, overheads, return of serve. There will be weekly competitions between participants to see who can hit more targets! Improve your consistency, accuracy, and technique in an action packed hour with “Feeding Frenzy”
Dates: Monday, April 11th 2022 – Sunday, May 15th 2022

Duration: 5 weeks

Location: Tennis Dome

Days/Times: Mondays (7:30 – 8:30 PM) & Wednesdays (1:00 – 2:00 PM)



Junior Team Tennis is a program that provides participants with the opportunity to combine practice and play, with a focus on skill development through match play. Games are played using the Progressive Tennis format, which includes appropriate equipment (based on age and skill level) with corresponding court sizes. Players are placed on teams of similar strength and the format ensures that players play against opponents of similar ability. Scores are kept and the results are counted towards a team’s overall score to ensure that every participant’s efforts are rewarded.


Days/Times: Fridays /

Red: 4-5 pm

Orange: 5-6 pm

Green: 530-7 pm (tennis dome) 

Dates: Monday, April 11th 2022 – Sunday, June 26th 2022

Duration: 11 weeks

Location: Tennis Dome / Multi-sport Dome



Find your fit with small group training – a personalized fitness option for you at a lower cost. Small group training consists of a minimum of 3 participants and a maximum of 5, who will train with either a Personal Trainer, or Fitness or Yoga instructor.

You can put together a group of friends and create your own small group, inquire on your own or choose from one of our specialty Small Group Specialty Classes as an individual. These classes run in a set schedule every 5 weeks.

Prefer to embrace winter a little more? Enjoy some food and drinks on our heated patio or by the fire with our private fire-pits. Fire-pits are available daily and can be booked online.
