Yoga for Tennis (& Everyone Else)

Focus on balancing,  twists, shoulder mobility and stability, spinal realignment, knees and ankles, moving around the mat without knee torque, elbow releases, quad stretching poses, hip openers and wrist fingers and toe work. Many players curl toes under for grip and core which creates unbalance and tension in Achilles….we will work to resolve this.

Everyone is  is welcome to this class…you don’t need to be a tennis player!
