Total Body Resistance exercise.  The TRX suspension trainer is a unique, scientifically- engineered performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to perform hundreds of highly effective exercises.  TRX delivers a fast, effective, total body workout that will help build a rock-solid core, while increasing strength, flexibility and endurance.

TRX is a part of our Specialty Series Programs. These programs are offered 6-times a year, run between 7 -9 weeks, and are limited to 3-5 people.
