Come, participate in and learn the gentle movements of Tai Chi.  Tai Chi means the universal energy and is an ancient form of martial arts.  It consists of a sequence of continuous slow movements which, if done on a regular basis, will improve posture, breathing, balance, strength/flexibility and concentration.  Join us outdoors and experience the calm and positive energy you will feel when you practice Tai Chi.
