Functional Mobility ($)

Functional movement training is all about training “movements, not muscles.” It mirrors how humans were meant to move, and helps to make us move even better.  Improve your overall performance on and off the mat, field, court or course and to move your body into deeper ranges of motion with renewed core strength, balance, coordination and resiliency.

Functional Mobility is a part of our Specialty Series Programs. These programs are offered 6-times a year, run between 7 -9 weeks, and are limited to 3-5 people.
