Balance & Strength 65+ ($)

While it’s not possible to completely prevent a fall , exercises that focus on balance and strength training can reduce the risk of falling.  Join us for gentle exercises that involves slow and graceful dance-like movements…improving strength, balance, coordination and flexibility.

Balance & Strength 65+ is a part of our Specialty Series Programs. These programs are offered 6-times a year, run between 7 -9 weeks, and are limited to 3-5 people.
