Join us for children and family yoga at RSC!
Baby n’Me Yoga
$15 per class as drop-in or buy a yoga pack or pass.
The parent + baby class offers a space to honour and nurture the body, mind & spirit alongside your new little one, and to share the experience with other families. This class focuses on using gentle movement to help busy parents (re)connect with their bodies, and on developing breath and other practices that can help them navigate parenthood with grace and ease. Parents are invited to engage with their children throughout the class through massage/touch, sound, textures/colours, shared poses and simply enjoying time together. Each class begins and ends with time and space for parents to connect with each other as well.
Parents and babies at all stages are welcome. Parents are encouraged to respond to their own/their children’s needs throughout the class.

Our Yoga Instructors
Anamda has a strong background in holistic health and wellness for families and seniors and extensive training in yoga and meditation, with over 15-years experience as a teacher/trainer for children, teens and families. She is passionate to bring heart-centered yoga to children, families and senior adults. She enjoys bringing creativity and music into her classes for a relaxed and uplifting experience. Her motto is BE HAPPY TODAY!
Lucia is a Yoga Alliance RYT 200 with specialized training in children’s, pre/postnatal yoga and yoga for pelvic health. Her love of yoga and teaching (in many different realms) began more than 10 years ago, but her passion for teaching yoga really grew with the birth of her son, Benicio. She now offers parent and baby/tot, pre/postnatal and various hatha classes. Lucia takes a gentle and nurturing approach, and seeks to foster a balance of movement, calm and community in all of her classes. She loves to spend time designing unique sequences and connecting with students, to ensure all yogis — big and small — feel cared for and supported in their practice.
