RSC Gym Schedule  

Welcome to the RSC’s Gym. Now featuring an indoor and an outdoor gym for you to use. We can accommodate your workout: run, jump, push, pull and squat, we can be the core of your fitness endeavors. 

 

 

RSC is leading the change within the fitness industry.  Functional strength and functional training are becoming the norm when talking about health, strength and athleticism.  We are reshaping the concept of the machine oriented gym, to a functional, fun and efficient gym where true fitness is achieved.

 

Registration & Cancellation Policies:

  • Reservations are available 7 days in advance for indoor gym. The outdoor gym is on a walk-in basis with a maximum capacity of 15 people 
  • Due to the limited spaces, participants must give 24-hours notice to cancel their gym session. If notice is not given, participants will be charged for their session at the drop in rate.
