Lora Foster
Raised in an active and health-conscious family, her interest in the field of health and wellbeing has been a natural evolution that was reinforced through positive personal experiences with alternative healthcare. Finding that the remedies offered by allopathic healthcare were at times not suitable, she had recourse to various alternative healthcare modalities at times as a substitute or as a complementary treatment, solidifying her interest in a career in the alternative health field. Massage therapy was an easy gateway into Manual Therapies, which meet her need to have an active lifestyle coupled with the opportunity to work directly with people. However, feeling limited by the scope of practice, she sought a more holistic form of intervention that would pursue the cause of the dysfunction. Osteopathic Manual Therapy was the answer for her. Nearing the end of her studies in Osteopathic Manual Therapy, combined with the vast experience from 16 years of experience as a the Massage Therapist, her treatments can be tailored to suit the client where they are on their wellness journey. Having witnessed firsthand the impact a healthy lifestyle can have on quality of living she is adamant about helping others find the same freedom and understanding toward their body. Her approach aims at uncovering and eliminating the blockage that get in the way of balance, to help clients manage stress, recover from injuries, address chronic conditions and find harmony in various systemic functions of the body.

Mireille Lavallee
Mireille has been practicing for 15 years as a Registered Massage Therapist and still loves it as much as the first day she started. When you do something for this long it truly becomes a part of you. Her goal as a therapist is to offer high quality professional message therapy to residents within the Ottawa area by providing the highest level of customer service possible. To also build a practice that embodies the values of respect and reputation earned by the community; because her community is her family. Mireille specializes in providing massage therapy in order to relieve pans and repetitive strains from people doing day to day activities, to competitive sports injuries and to your regular weekend warriors (you know who you are!)
Vada
Vada Morgan
Vada entered the Massage Therapy field in 2005. As a former professional in the software development industry, she received Massage Therapy regularly to recuperate from the demands of sitting long hours at a desk. Her interest in science and alternative health care inspired her to pursue Massage Therapy as a new career choice. She has never looked back, finding the profession to be an extremely rewarding choice. Her interests in health and wellness extend to being an avid runner, having completed one full and nine half marathons. She keeps grounded by camping and hiking with family and friends, and enjoys hot yoga and cross country skiing to get through the winter months.
